Main House combination possibilities:
You can rent Picasso + Fragonard, Fragonard + Cézanne or the entire house together.
Please inquire for the pricing.
For long term rental more then 3 weeks special prices on request
A final cleaning fee will be added: 110.- EUR for Cézanne and Matisse and 130.- EUR for Picasso and Renoir, and and 150.- EUR for Fragonard
Minimum rental periods: Main season 7 nights , middle and low low season 3 nights. Fragonard is only weekly or longer available in all seasons
Dogs are allowed on request in Renoir and Cézanne.
Please contact us if you consider to bring a dog. We charge an extra cleaning fee of 40 EUR for the entire period for each rental entity.
All houses with TV and free WiFi (fiber)
With the conclusion of the rental contract 50% of the rental price is due. One month before arrival the remaining amount is due, plus 300.- EUR security deposit per holiday home
The following cancellation conditions apply:
For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 75% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival, no refund will be made.
This does not include the cleaning costs and the deposit. Those will always be refunded in full. We strongly recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
